Eligibility
International call service is automatically opened for all MobiFone prepaid and postpaid subscribers.
Register/Cancel the service
International Calling service is automatically opened for all prepaid and postpaid subscribers on MobiFone network
If you want to cancel or re-register the service. Please do so via SMS as follows:
Text QT and send to 9199 to re-register the service
Text CHAN_QT and send to 9199 to cancel the service
How to make a call
Call IDD: From mobile phone, dial:
- Exit code + Country code + Area code/Network code + Phone number to be called
- (In which: Exit code is 00 or +)
Call VoIP 131: From mobile phone, dial:
- 131 + 00 + Country code + Area code/network code + Phone number to be called
Terms of use
Subscribers register and use services within the territory of Vietnam covered by MobiFone
The above fee applies to prepaid and postpaid subscribers on MobiFone network.
The rate does not depend on the level of service use in the month.
Rates do not discriminate between peak hours and off-peak hours.
