MyPoint

MyPoint is a points accumulation and rewards program available to all MobiFone subscribers. With MyPoint, when customers use multiple MobiFone services, the system accumulates points together, allowing customers to upgrade their membership levels and enjoy exclusive privileges offered by MobiFone and MyPoint. Points accumulated are redeemable as cash with a conversion rate of 1,000 points = 1,000 VND. Special Feature: MyPoint offers exclusive benefits for MobiFone members: Earn 1% of all top-up transactions regardless of the method (scratch cards, e-wallets, banking apps, My MobiFone, MyPoint, etc.) for a lifetime after registering with MyPoint (free of charge).

Terms of use

  • No limit on the number and value of redemptions.
  • Customers can redeem from as little as 1 point, with no minimum or maximum points required.
  • Points have various expiration periods; the system will deduct points closest to expiration first. If points have the same expiration, those accumulated earlier will be deducted first.
