Getting priority to be served by a team of the best phone agents
When calling to customer support number 18001090, Diamond and Gold tier members will be supported all demands for MobiFone service and demand to use incentives at affiliate partners.
Specialized staff are assigned at the customer's address when required
The incentive applies to Diamond members.
Delayed service suspension for customers with overdue payments:
Titan members and above are entitled to a 30-day delayed service suspension benefit.
INCENTIVES FROM AFILIATE PARTNERS
Incentives from Lotusmiles program of Vietnam Airlines.
- Diamond Members that are affiliate program members will be offered the following incentives:
- Specially promoted to the Titan class of the Lotusmiles program (no conditions, members who are currently Registered or Silver class at the time of registration are eligible)
- Specially promoted to the Gold class of Lotusmiles program if accumulating a minimum of 23,000 miles of Lotusmiles in the raking review period (equivalent to flying 23,000 miles in 12 months, reduction of 7,000 miles compared to the required miles.
- Transfer points to Lotusmiles account Members can transfer points to the Lotusmiles account in exchange for the Lotusmiles products. Transfer rate: 5 points Loyalty program = 1 mile of Lotusmiles

- Free of charge using international and domestic business class rooms at Vietnamese airports: Noi Bai International Airport, Tan Son Nhat International Airport, Da Nang International Airport, Cam Ranh Airport, Quang Binh Airport, Vinh Airport, Phu Quoc Airport, Can Tho Airport, Phu Quoc Airport.
- The number of times to enjoy membership privileges is not limited.
