Package Usage Policy:

• The package is only valid with operators in countries listed in the coverage area above.
• After successful registration, please restart your phone and enable Data Roaming to ensure the best experience. On dual-SIM devices, make sure the MobiFone SIM with an active roaming package is set as the primary SIM for mobile data.
• Once successfully registered, subscribers may use data volume across operators in countries listed in the coverage area above.
• Only one roaming package can be active at a time.
• Subscribers are allowed to schedule a package activation up to 90 days in advance. Once the scheduling request is successfully registered, the system will automatically activate the package and charge the corresponding fee on the specified effective date.
• In covered countries, International Roaming services (Voice, SMS, and Data) are strictly applicable to network operators within the package's coverage. Singapore has shutdown 2G/3G services, subscribers are required to register for VoLTE to access International Roaming (text DK VOLTE to 9199).
• In non-covered countries, only Voice and SMS services are available at standard international roaming rates; Data roaming is unavailable in these countries. To use Data Roaming at standard rates, subscribers must cancel current GS package and register for another Data package to ensure successful network connection and service usage.
• When the GS package expires or is successfully canceled, subscribers will not be able to use any Voice, SMS, or Data International Roaming services. To continue using these services, you must register for a new Data package.
• In certain countries where 2G and 3G networks have been shut down, subscribers may not be able to use international roaming services once the package expires. Maintaining a valid data roaming package is required to ensure continuous service.
• Unused data from your previous GS package will be carried over when you activate a new one.
