Package Usage Policy:
The package is only valid with operators in countries listed in the coverage area above.
After successful registration, please restart your phone and enable Data Roaming to ensure the best experience. On dual-SIM devices, make sure the MobiFone SIM with an active roaming package is set as the primary SIM for mobile data.
Once successfully registered, subscribers may use data volume across operators in countries listed in the coverage area above.
Only one roaming package can be active at a time.
Subscribers are allowed to schedule a package activation up to 90 days in advance. Once the scheduling request is successfully registered, the system will automatically activate the package and charge the corresponding fee on the specified effective date.
In covered countries, subscribers can use Data, Voice, and SMS services with designated roaming partners.
In non-covered countries, only Voice and SMS services are available at standard international roaming rates. Data roaming will not be available. To continue using data in these countries, subscribers must cancel the current package and register a new one (text DK Package Code to 9199), or dial 0932# and press OK to switch to standard roaming rates.
When the package’s data or validity expires, data roaming will be blocked. Voice and SMS services will still be available and charged at standard rates.
In certain countries where 2G and 3G networks have been shut down, subscribers may not be able to use international roaming services once the package expires. Maintaining a valid data roaming package is required to ensure continuous service.
