The 24-hour countdown starts only after you make the activation call to 900, not from the time you receive the QR code.

• FR10: 150,000 VND for 50GB Data + 70 mins of local calls (Valid for 10 days).
• FR30: 250,000 VND for 150GB Data + 200 mins of local calls (Valid for 30 days).

• The passport has already claimed an eSIM within the last 30 days.
• The uploaded photos/video were blurry, poor quality, or did not match.
• The passport has expired.

• For E-visa channel (Pre-arrival): You simply need to upload a clear photo of your valid Passport and a Portrait photo directly to our website.
• For Direct channel (At the Airport): You will need to take a photo of your Passport and perform a brief Video Call (simplified eKYC) directly on our website to verify your identity on-site.

• For E-visa holders: You can register via the link provided in your E-visa result email before arriving in Vietnam.
• For Visa-exempt travelers: Simply scan the QR codes on our posters or leaflets located at major international airports (at the arrival gates or immigration area) upon your arrival.

After successfully registering and installing the eSIM on your device, simply call 900 once you land in Vietnam to activate your 10GB/24h package.

The Free eSIM package provides 10GB of High-Speed Data. To make phone calls, you can purchase our Top-up packages (FR10 or FR30), which include generous local call minutes.
