1. Instruction to cancel, renew package:

1.1 Register via SMS:

1.2 Register via wapsite:

·       Registered Wapsite address: dangkydata.mobifone.vn:

o   Step 1: Select the package and click "Register Now"

o   Step 2: Confirm package registration, click "Agree"

·       Regulations and procedures for package registration on Wapsite apply in accordance with current regulations on package usage registration on Wapsite

  Note: Subscribers need to use MobiFone's data to access wapsite to register the package.

2. Instructions for using and installing the application:

·       Step 1: Register TikTok Data package

·       Step 2: Install the TikTok app by accessing Google Play, Apple Store select “TikTok” keyword or access the following address:

Regulations

·       The package is only provided for customers using mobile services in Vietnam (including cases of roaming to VinaPhone network), not for cases of international roaming.

·       Customers use the package via mobile phones, Tablet (install Tiktok app on Android and iOS from Google Play and Apple International Store). For PC and Laptop devices, accessing the package will be charged outside the package.

·       Scope of Package access: The package is only provided for IP, domain of Tiktok application.

·       When customers access videos/ clips from youtube, facebook ... or TVCs that do not belong to IP bands granted on Tiktok application, they will be charged data outside the package.

·       The package only supports subscribers using phones to access the prescribed applications, not supporting access in cases where browsers access indirectly through third-party servers such as:

o   Browser of the Black Berry phones

o   Opera Mini browser

o   UC Browser

o   Other browsers defaulted or manually set up Proxy

·       Customers can only register to use one of Tiktok Data packages.

·       Other regulations:

o   DO NOT provide active renewal syntax of the packages as regular data packages (GH <PACKAGE CODE> send to 999). Instead, to request for package extension, Customer can text a registration message to 999 ( DK <PACKAGE CODE> gui 999) (same as new package registration)

o   For one-way and two-way locked subscribers, the package will not be renewed. When the subscriber is unlocked, the package is required to re-registered

o   Some smart phones such as Android, iPhone, Windows Phone actually generate Data charges due to applications running in the background. It must be clarified in communication to customers.

o   There is no pop up screen to notify customers when customers access outside the domain address or IP address of the package.

o   Accessing advertising clips embedded on TikTok application with out-of-package costs;
