Mobile Internet is a service of accessing Internet directly from mobile phone through GPRS/EDGE/3G/4G data transfer technologies of MobiFone network.
You can access to Internet directly from mobile phone through GPRS/EDGE/3G/4G data transfer technologies of MobiFone network.

3. Charging method:
- Charging method: 50kB + 50kB. Minimum fee charging: 50 kB, fraction < 50 kB will be rounded to 50 kB.
- Package fee will be charged right after you have successfully registered the package.
- Fee for using M0 package, package price and fee arising out of package will be charged to main account of prepaid subscribers and to the monthly bill of postpaid subscibers.
- For subscribers using IP packages:
- Data fee when accessing to IP address of the package: free (when meeting regulations of each package).
- Data fee when accessing to other addresses: charging by M0 price or to free capacity of Mobile Internet package you are using.
- When the package expires but it is not renewed, or when canceling the package, Mobile Internet service fee will be charged as per price of M0 package.
- Free capacity and capacity using maximum speed of the package can be used only in the cycle of that package. Unused capacity will not be returned or transferred to the subsequent cycle.
- Mobile Internet price mentioned above is applied only to MobiFone subscribers using in Vietnam, applied to those who are roaming internationally.

2. Register/use the service:
Mobile Internet service is automatically opened for new MobiFone subscribers.
You can register, cancel, renew, give and check package status via channels such as SMS, USSD, website/wapsite as follows::

After registering the service or registering/renewing the package successfully, you need to turn off all Internet applications or restart the phone in order to be counted as a renewed package.
1. Target users: All MobiFone prepaid and postpaid subscribers who are operating with two directions.
2. Charging method:
- For postpaid subscribers: Service fee will be paid to the monthly bill.
- For prepaid subscribers: Service fee shall be charged to the main account. Daily and weekly packages will be renewed automatically if you do not cancel the package at the end of period.
3. Registration and cancellation regulations:
- M0 is the default package of the service. When registering the service successfully, you will use Mobile Internet service with default M0 package.
- Usage period of one-day package is 24 hours, of 7-day package is 24h*7 (h),, of 30-day is 24h*30 (hours) since the time of succesful registration.
- Usage capacity is calculated based on total capacity downloaded and uploaded.
- Free capacity and capacity using maximum speed of the package can be used only in the cycle of that package. Unused capacity will not be returned or transferred to the subsequent cycle.
- At the time of registering the new package via SMS, if your main account is not sufficient enough for charging package subscription fee, the system will send notice and invite you to register a new package for replacement. The new package will be selected by the system, which is suitable with your main account's balance.
- If you confirm your registration of new package, the system will charge fee, register the package and send notice message after implementing successfully. To confirm package registration, write Y to 999 within 10 minutes after receiving invitation message for registration.
- If you require registering a new package when your current one still remains free capacity for using maximum speed, the system will requires confirming such new package.
- If you request to cancel the package when its free capacity still remains then you shall not be able to use the free capacity or not be refunded.
4. Regulations on renewing and not renewing the package:
- Mobile Internet packages are renewed automatically. If you do not require cancelling or renewing then the package will be renewed for the next cycle.
- For 30-day and 7-day packages, one day before expiration of the package, the system will automatically send notice on renewal via SMS.
- Not renew automatically for D1 package. At expriation of D1 package, the system shall send a SMS informing the expiration. If you want to continue using the service, you must register again.
- At the time of renewing unlimited capacity package in the current month, if your main account is not sufficient enough for charging package subscription fee, the system will send notice and invite you to register weekly package for replacement. The new package will be selected by the system, which is suitable with your main account's balance. The package you select to use will be renewed in accordance with regulations of the service.
- If you renew the package via SMS when it still remains free capacity (using high speed), the system will ask for your confirmation before renewing the package. The package shall take effect right after you have successfully renewed, however the remaining usage period of the previous package shall not be accumulated.
- When postpaid subscribers are unlocked with 2 directions: automatically register the former subscription package again immediately after the subscriber is unlocked with 2 directions. Data fee arising before the time the system registers the package again for subscriber will be charged as will M0/FC0 package.
- When prepaid subscribers are unlocked with 2 directions:
- Automatically register the former package again for customer if the main account is still sufficient.
- Invite to register another package for replacement if account is not sufficient to register the former package.
- The package shall not be renewed in one of the following cases:
- Subscriber sends SMS for cancelling or requiring not to renew the package before the time the system renews the package.
- In case prepaid subscriber does not have enough money to renew the package, there will be folloing cases:
- Account of subscriber is enough to register another package for replacement: Invite registering a package with lower value (subscriber must confirm the registration);
- If subscriber does not meet case 1 or does not confirm registering package for replacement: Temporarily lock the package and charge fee within 30 consecutive days to renew it. During this period, if subscriber has enough money to renew the package, the system will renew it. After 30 days, if subscriber still does not have enough money to renew the package, it will be cancelled.
5. Regilations on giving the package
- The receiving subscriber using basic Mobile Internet package which is still valid and remains free capacity, or using a valid data package with unlimited capacity is not eligible to receive data packages, except Zing or other IP package.
- Giving the package is not applied for high-speed data packages.
6. Regulations on Blocking/Cancelling the service:
- Cancel the package at expiration: the whole free capacity of the package (if remains) will be deleted and subscription fee will not be refunded.
- The package will be cancelled when you cancel it actively, or it is not renewed successfully.
- Changing among prepaid subscribers: the current Mobile Internet package will be reserved.
- Changing from prepaid to postpaid and vice versa: the current Mobile Internet package will not be reserved.
- Subscribers (prepaid and postpaid) can only use Mobile Internet service when in two-way communication status.
- The package will not be cancelled when Q-Teen, Q-Student packages expire and automatically change to MobiQ.
