HTV Data is a service providing high-speed Unlimited 3G/ 4G packages allowing MobiFone subscribers to access HTVC application of Ho Chi Minh City Television for free.

Subscribers who successfully register and use HTV data package will have access to Free special channels and VOD (including all free and paid channels) on applications, TV service websites of Ho Chi Minh City Television. Specifically, including:

·       HTVC app on Android, iOS.

·       ​Website: http://hplus.com.vn/; http://www.htvc.com.vn;

2.     Instructions for using and installing the application:

·       Install HTVC application: Subscribers can install HTVC application by accessing Google Play, Apple Store, select the keyword as HTVC application or access the following address:

·       Use the services on HTVC application: Customers login user and password returned in the system message automatically when successfully registering HTV data package to use the service.

·       The package is only provided for customers using mobile services in Vietnam (including cases of roaming to VinaPhone network), not for cases of international roaming.

·       Customers use the package via mobile phone, Tablet (install TV applications on Android and iOS from the Google Play and Apple International Store or access the TV service website). For PC and Laptop devices, accessing the package will be charged outside the package.

·       The package only supports subscribers using phones to access the prescribed applications, not supporting access in cases where browsers access indirectly through third-party servers such as:

o   Browser of the Black Berry phones

o   Opera Mini browser

o   UC Browser

o   Other browsers defaulted or manually set up Proxy

·       Note:

o   There is no pop up screen to notify customers when customers access outside the domain address or IP address of the package.

o   Accessing video clips embedded on television applications with out-of-package costs;

o   Analytic features of Google, Facebook applied in television applications may incur charges outside the package of 150kb/ 1 hour of use because these applications have built-in some of Analytic's features of Facebook; Google.

·       When customers move from Unlimited package (MIU, MIU90, MIU120, BMIU, D15A, M70, M90, M120, M200, basic 4G package, Data Plus, Data Plus 4G packages and long cycle packages - including 3, 6, 12 month long packages) to a capacity limit package (M0 / M15 / M25 / M50): If Customers are using HTV1 daily package and HTV150 monthly package: Buffer capacity will be effective.

·       Customers can only register to use one of HTV data packages (HTV1 / HTV150).

·       Other regulations:

o   The high speed capacity of the HTV Data package is only applied to the domain addresses declared by TV viewing applications.

o   DO NOT provide active renewal syntax of the packages as regular data packages (GH <PACKAGE CODE> send to 999). Instead, to request for package extension, Customer can text a registration message to 999 ( DK <PACKAGE CODE> gui 999) (same as new package registration)

o   For one-way and two-way locked subscribers, the package will not be renewed. When the subscriber is unlocked, the package is required to re-registered

Some smart phones such as Android, iPhone actually generate Data charges due to applications running in the background. It must be clarified in communication to customers.
