All 11-digit mobile subscribers will be automatically converted to 10-digit starting September 15, 2018. This is also the time when MobiFone customers can easily and quickly update converted numbers in their contacts with My MobiFone app.

 

 

Step 1: Download and install My MobiFone app on your phone

Visit Google Play (for Android devices - Picture 1.1) or Apps Store (for iOS devices - Picture 1.2), and type “My MobiFone” in the search box to find and download the app.

Open My MobiFone app and proceed to Login or Register if you do not have an account yet.

Step 4: Read necessary information on decisions to change the phone number prefixes by the Ministry of Information and Communications, then select "Start" to update Contacts.

Step 5: Select "Update contacts" to update all phone numbers in the current list according to the new prefixes listed.
