1.   What is Mobi Info service?

§    Mobi Info is an on demand information service based on application of GSM network that enables customers of MobiFone to search information on: Promotion, market price, weather forecast, entertainment, etc.

§ The service is compatible to all types of terminal mobile phones in Vietnam market, without any special requirements on configuration or on device of users. The service is automatically activated in the system, so customers shall not have to set in their phones.

2.   Scope of provision

§    During pilot provision time, the service shall be provided for all post-paid subscribers of MobiFone, pre-paid ones have not been provided. MobiCard, Mobi4U andMobiPlay.

3.   User guide

§    Information search services include many topics: MobiFone promotion, market price, weather, news, football results and entertainment preset in original menu of MobiFone Info service;

§    Customers just have to remember the code *123# of the information portal and dial this number as a normal call to access the original menu of this service;

§ When entering original menu, customers just have to press answer key (or OK key), then enter the number corresponding to the information to be searched and then press select key (or OK). An answer shall be sent to customers' phone in form of Flash SMS (which can not be saved in mobile phone).

        E.g.: To get information on gold price:

*123#>Gia ca thi truong>Vang & Ngoai te>Vang

§    To return to original menu from any page, press answer key(or OK), enter double 0 (00), and then press select (or OK);

§    To return to previous page, press answer key (or OK), enter single 0 (0), and then press select key (or OK).

4.   Service fee

§    Free for all post-paid subscribers since 0a.m, 1^st July 2007.
